Karen is an executive coach, university faculty member and heads up Create Now, a boutique consultancy that helps leaders and teams grow new capacity for creating collaborative leadership cultures. In her past lives Karen has been a flight instructor in the Canadian military cadet program; certified fitness trainer; high school physics teacher; fine arts department head; jail matron; theatre improvisor and director. Her favourite clients include Nike, Tiffany & Co., Cenovus, Encana, Westjet…and gro!
