We are getting “hands-on” at this seasonal gro social – join us to “talk turkey” on immunity, gut health, fermented foods and how these are connected!
Luka Symons  is a C.H.N.C. Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant for people who are looking to reclaim their food and body groove. Luka will share her knowledge related to gut health and the connection to immunity while we chop and chat our way to preparing a lovely, seasonal ferment – one that you can take home for your Christmas dinner, or gift to a loved one cooking for you. 
We will enjoy the opportunity to tour and shop in the new Light Cellar space, where you can also purchase ingredients for the food you will learn about during our evening together.  You will take home your own jar of seasonal chutney and recipes to support your immunity and reinforce the concepts we will learn about.  And, of course…delicious and healthy food and beverage to accompany the stellar company 😉
