HOW DO YOU TEACH OBEDIENCE?
This was a question that Darlene Cardinal, Cree Elder posed to us at our gro ESSENCE session in April.
The answer: you teach them how to listen. An example she shared was the teaching of drumming to youth in her community. She is teaching these young people how to listen, the necessary precursor to obedience.
